02Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form. Your name, work email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
- Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
03What not to send us
Please do not include controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled data, credentials, or regulated personal data in the contact form or in a first email. If your project involves that kind of information, tell us at a high level and we will arrange a secure channel.
04How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and, where relevant, scope and price an engagement.
- To keep reasonable business records.
- To protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
05Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle email, under appropriate confidentiality, and where the law requires it. If Syndik8 is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction and we will keep the protections described here.
06How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to maintain business and legal records, then delete or anonymize it.
07Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by writing to hello@syndik8.com. We will respond as required by the laws that apply to you.
09Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
