01Able systems that never add up
No single source of truth
Assessment, identity and payment run on separate vendor systems, so the headline revenue figure is asserted rather than derived.
Money leaks at the seams
The gaps between assessed, paid and remitted amounts are where leakage actually happens.
The figures can be disputed
Being unable to prove official numbers on demand is a political exposure, not just an accounting one.
02Not another portal. A spine.
A consolidating layer placed above existing tools, favoring integration over replacement.
- One identity. A de-duplicated golden taxpayer record across vendor systems.
- One ledger. A consolidated ledger across all MDAs and revenue streams, with IGR as the ledger total.
- One trail. An append-only, cryptographically chained log of assessments, edits, waivers and write-offs, recording user, timestamp and before/after values.
- One route to treasury. All channels run through CBN-licensed providers into one account, sweeping gross to treasury with same-day line-by-line reconciliation. Fees go to a sub-account rather than being deducted at source.
03Three packages, each a decision gate
Diagnostic & Blueprint
- Full stack audit and leakage assessment
- Target architecture and integration map
- Costed business case
- Phased roadmap and procurement path
- Retained by the state regardless of whether it proceeds
Platform Consolidation
- The state procures the platform through its own process
- Syndik8 does not build it, and takes nothing from builders
- Procurement support without selecting the vendor
Managed Revenue Assurance
- Continuous reconciliation and anomaly detection
- Tax-net expansion
- Quarterly assurance reports to the Ministry of Finance, and the House of Assembly if directed
04An adviser paid by the builder cannot certify the build
We sell no software
No licenses, reseller commissions or revenue share with platform vendors. Recommendations answer only to the state.
Never our own number
Performance fees depend on incremental IGR verified by the State Auditor-General or a named external firm, paid from a ring-fenced sub-account after funds reach treasury, never on figures Syndik8 produced.
Where a state wants one party for both advice and delivery, this is disclosed in writing before the first meeting, and independent assurance goes to a third party. Syndik8 does not hold both roles on one engagement, and discloses commercial relationships on the cover of every document.
05Know the truth, then decide.
A fixed-fee, time-boxed engagement ending in a board-ready blueprint.
Syndik8 runs Security Operations and Government & Public Sector as monthly, fixed-price practices.
